We’re El Potro, and we are a Mexican restaurant here in Edinburgh, IN. We specialize in the burrito challenge, and we offer margaritas, fajitas, and more. We’re looking forward to partnering with Edinburgh and surrounding area consumers to continue to offer a premier Mexican restaurant experience. This is our favorite Mexican restaurant. Food is always on point! Service is good and it's clean. Our favorites are the arroz con pollo and pollo supremo. Fajitas are delicious. Chips, queso and salsa are favorites too. Beer is always cold and the jalapeño margarita is a treat!
